During your stay at the campsite, do not miss a visit to La Brière located, located less than an hour north of the Loire estuary. If you are thirsty for adventure, go to the heart of the marsh aboard a barge. Created in 1970 La Brière is one of the oldest French regional natural parks. This wild territory covers 49,000 hectares!
The Brière Regional Nature Park has one of the most biologically rich wetlands in Europe. The aquatic environment remains in constant evolution. These marshes exist thanks to the work of previous generations who used their livelihoods.
Embark on a fun walk to unusual discoveries aboard a barge (flat-bottomed boat). During this walk in calm water, take the time to listen and to discover the nature which surrounds you. Vogue to the rhythm of the water, and stories told by fans of the region.
Life in the park is very diverse. Discover a rich and original natural heritage where you will meet species such as reptiles or amphibians (frogs, salamanders …), but also herons and ducks. The fauna and flora are also very diverse in the park, a real opportunity to reconnect with nature for a walk.
